Refund and Cancellation Policy

I.Refund and chargeback Policy in game account access sales:

1.1. You, the customer, accept that once you have purchased a Virtual Good (League of Legends account) and you received the account credentials of the purchased account, you are no longer eligible to receive a refund.
If the account credentials are not valid, you have the right to store your unused credit.

1.2.The customer is eligible to request a refund for a Virtual Good (League of Legends Account) within 48 hours after the purchase, this applies to situations where the Service Provider hasn’t provided the account credentials of the purchased account.
The Customer can issue a refund by submitting an inquiry in the contact form or contacting us through the live chat.

II. Warranty

2.1 RiftSmurfs cares for its customers, which is why we provide a warranty on each account. If an account purchased from us is blocked or banned, one new account will be provided if it is during the warranty time-period.

2.1.1 A copy of the ban notice and reason for the ban is forwarded to support@riftsmurfs.gg within 15 (fifteen) days of the ban.

2.1.2 That the reason for the ban is either “Purchase of an account” or “Use of a 3rd party program to level to 30” or the substantial equivalent.

2.1.3 The account has played at least one match AFTER purchase.

2.1.4 You have not already received a replacement account from us.

2.1.5 You changed the registered email address & password after purchasing the account and BEFORE playing any games. The process for this is clearly laid out in your welcome/purchase email.

2.1.6 The account was not transferred from the region in which it was originally located.

2.2 If any of these conditions are not met, the warranty will not apply.
 
2.3 The warranty will never apply to bans that are due to your own behavior, which include, but are not limited to, bad behavior, hacking, or excessive cursing.

2.4 Riot Points spent on accounts that are subsequently banned will not be refunded under any circumstances, even if a new account is awarded.
 
2.5 We only offer replacement for blocked/banned accounts – no refunds will be made.
